St Phillips House was a five-storey office building located directly adjacent to the new Accident and Emergency (A&E) department at Whitechapel’s Royal London Hospital. This sensitive and high-risk project involved substantial asbestos removal and the complete dismantling of the building, all while ensuring minimal disruption to the live hospital environment.
