About this Project

Situated within the iconic Reading International Business Park, the Quartz Project involved an extensive internal strip-out of a 360,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant office space. The crescent-shaped building, with its six wings connected by a full-height glazed atrium, remained partially occupied during the works. As such, NCS implemented careful zoning, temporary fire systems, and strict protection measures to isolate the work areas and maintain operational safety.
