About this Project

The Mill House in Ripley, Surrey, is a Grade II listed red brick property featuring a low-pitched, hipped slate roof and distinctive architectural elements, including a dome skylight situated above the first-floor landing. Over the years, the flat roof area surrounding the dome experienced persistent leakage, leading to significant internal water damage. Despite previous repair attempts, the underlying issue remained unresolved. Our team was commissioned to carry out comprehensive remedial works to eliminate the leak, restore structural integrity, and return the landing area to its former glory—preserving the historic character of this picturesque property.
