About this Project
This project at the former GlaxoSmithKline headquarters in Harlow involved the comprehensive strip-out of a steel and concrete facility originally built for pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing. NCS was responsible for clearing three levels of office and lab space, as well as removing large-scale plant systems and risers across multiple areas. All work was completed in line with safety protocols and requirements for working within a single fire compartment due to the sprinkler system configuration.
