About this Project
At the DSV Warehouse in West Thurrock, NCS undertook extensive industrial deconstruction works to clear and reconfigure large sections of the facility for a new drive-through loading process. The project included the removal of dock shelters, cladding, elevated structures, warehouse interiors, and a two-storey office building. Careful coordination ensured all equipment and redundant services were removed efficiently, with all materials cleared from site for safe disposal or recycling.

Deconstruction of external canopies and 1,791 sqm of cladding
