- Duration: 5 Months
- Client: Empiric PLC
- Project Type: Room Refurbishment
About this Project
The Brunswick Apartments project addressed long-standing water ingress issues in a student accommodation block consisting of an 11-storey tower and a three-floor podium. NCS removed the green roof and solar panels, applied a Prokol Pure Polyurea & Polyurethane coating with a 50-year warranty, and sealed all external curtain wall window systems. During the works, it was discovered that the building lacked a compliant fire strategy, leading to a full internal fire stopping programme and refurbishment of several water-damaged rooms.
