About this Project
At the Babraham Research Campus, NCS was tasked with demolishing a redundant laboratory facility within a noise- and vibration-sensitive scientific environment. The work was executed in multiple carefully managed phases: asbestos removal, rooftop plant decommissioning, asset repurposing, soft strip, and controlled demolition. All activities were carried out with meticulous attention to environmental controls, ensuring the nearby research labs remained undisturbed.
